Bellezza - Fancy 'royal' apartment with private lift access

 This is the one I LOVE.  It's $1800 now and waiting to see if they will go down to $1700.  It is at Bellezza Permata Hijau (so better location for you as it's on the way to Kebon Jeruk).  I know it's too expensive but just look at the difference from the others.   It's only 2 Bedroom but it's 132sqm so has more room in kitchen and around back.  Maid has her own entrance out the back and we have private lift and lobby.
