From what I understand there are two different buildings:
1) ITC PERMATA HIJAU - above ITC mall with Carrefour. A bit smaller.
2) PERMATA HIJAU RESIDENCE - a different building nearby. more expensive but nicer.
This one is ITC. They tend to be cheaper.
So it says level 19. 127sqm.
It is 3 bedroom and advertised for $1400/month (but I will negotiate).
